Kia ora Pao,
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas and Happy New Year. I hope you have been enjoying this holiday period and have had some happy moments with your whanau. I was lucky enough to get away with my son and spend some quality time with him and my immediate family. We spent a lot of time at the beach enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Have you been to the beach this summer?
I am always blown away when I visit your blog as you always put 110% into all of your activities. What I love reading is all the facts you include about the person the activity is based on. This is such a great idea, thank you for teaching us so much. Isn’t Sophie Pascoe inspiring?
It sounds as though you are very in tune with what is important to you and what makes you feel better. I agree that making everything fun and seeing the positive side to everything is important. You are bang on that this helps improve your attitude and your overall happiness. Have you ever tried smiling when you are grumpy? I find it amazing that this tiny little expression lifts my entire mood. You could even try it now and see if you feel a difference.
Keep up the incredible work Pao. I see that you have one more day left of activities before you finish the entire programme. Woohoo!
You are a star,
Megan :)
