Lockdown Experience 3

Lockdown Experience 3

Hey bloggers around the world🌎👈, now I am going to share another thing I have done during lockdown.  I have done some cookies and I thought that it was a good idea sharing it with you guys. So here it is!

2 bananas

3/4 of desiccated coconut

chocolate chips (optional)

M&M's (optional)

Some walnuts (optional)

I recommend to put some chocolate chips because It will give it a delicious taste. But without it, it still is delicious!

Thank you for reading

Bye Bye Bye

  2. Hi Pao, cookies, yum! Banana and chocolate sounds a very tasty combination. I make cookies but have never used banana in them. You have made me wonder what that would taste like and what the texture would be. Did you use other things in your recipe, like butter and flour? Perhaps you could post the recipe on your blog. First you could list all the ingredients and amount of each, then the method. I'm sure others would like to make some delicious cookies too.
Thank you for sharing your lockdown experiences with us. Keep up the wonderful effort.

  4. Buenos dias Pao, your cookie sounds delicious. I've never had banana in a cookie before, although I have had it in muffins and cakes. Does it make the cookie dough quite chewy? Perhaps you could write a blog post that includes the actual recipe so that other people could have the opportunity to try out these cookies?
Thanks for sharing what you have been doing during Alert Level 3. Baking is a fabulous way to be learning about measurement, time and following instructions. Ka pai!
