Me and my family eat lots of fruits. We have a fruit basket in our kitchen table. My favorite fruit is banana. I also go out for a walk 4 times a week. Of course, some times I am busy and I can't go out for a walk. I love water! Water is my favorite drink. Water gives me enerygy. It makes me want to excercise all time! I also take a naap 1 time a week. I will be honest, I don't like sleeping a lot but I sleep and take a naap because I want to be healthy. I go outside to take some fresh air. I alsways go out to take some fresh air because, it is not always very good to be always inside your house. Thats what I do to be healthy. What do you do to be healthy?
Thank you for watching

Buenas Noches Pao,
ReplyDeleteTino pai on completing Week 3, Day 4, Activity 2. Thank you for sharing some of the things you and your family do to stay healthy and fit. I like that you have explained each one with heaps of detail and why you do these things.
Some of the things I do to stay healthy are:
Exercise, I like to go for runs every morning
Buy healthy food just like you and your family
Look after myself, so I do things like journal, read books and spend time by myself.
I have been really enjoying reading your blog posts, keep up the hard work and don’t forget to keep commenting on other people's blog posts too :)
