Summer Learning Journey (Week 2 day 1 activity 2)

πŸŽπŸŽ…πŸŽ„Rights and WrongsπŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸŽ

Hi bloggers, Pao is hereπŸŽ…πŸ‘ˆ, Christmas is almost here! But I am not going to talk abou Christmas, I am going to talk about Dr Jessa Rogers. Dr Jessa Rogers (Known as Jessa)  is a Aborignal woman from Queensland (Australia). She is a leader in Aboriginal education. Jessa gave live to a baby when she was quite young. But she still went well at school and went to University. That was just a quick fact about Jessa. Let me tell you some more facts about Jessa

1. Jessa was 25 when she won the NAIDOC Youth of the Year award

2.  Jessa was born in Canberra  (Australia) 7 April 1985

3. She won the NAIDOC Youth of the Year award in 2010

Those were some facts about Jessa Rogers. Did you know them? I didn't! Our task was to answer this question : How many years until you are 25? So here is my answer

How many years until you are 25?

So the answer to this question will be: 14 years and 11 months. I knew that it was that because I am 10 years old and my birthday is in the second of November

Thank you for watching

Bye Bye ByeπŸŽ…πŸŽ„πŸŽ

  2. Ola Pao, I hope you are enjoying the sunshine today!

Thank you for completing week two, day one, activity two. Yes that is correct! 25 years - 10 years 1 month = 14 years and 11 months. Do you enjoy doing maths at school? I used to dislike it because I was never very good at it, and then when I was 15, I had an amazing maths teacher and he helped me understand so much more!

    There’s only 4 months until I am 25 - wow, time flies!

    Thanks for blogging,
    Eliza :)
