Summer Learning Journey ( Week 1 Day 2 activity 2 )

One small step on the moon๐ŸŒ‘

Hi bloggers around the world๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‘ˆ, today I am going to talk about the first person that walked on the moon. I think you all know who that person is but if you don't know who that person is , then that person is Neil Armstrong. In 1969, he became the first person to walk on the moon in history! That was just a quick fact about Neil Armstrong. Let me tell you some facts about Neil Armstrong.

1. He was born in 5 August 1930

2. He was born in United States

3. His full name is Neil Alden Armstrong

Those were some facts about Neil Armstrong. Did you know them? I didn't! Our task was to imagine that we were Neil Armstrong, and write a quick poem about how you felt about being the first person to set foot on the moon! So here is my quick poem

I am the first person to walk on the moon

This is just so cool

The people take photos in the TV

With the camera and they see me!

This is just so excited

But I was even Frighten!
I never thought I will walk on the moon

But hey, I'm ok, are you?

That is my poem. Question Time! If you were the first person to do something, what would that something be?

Thank you for watching

Bye Bye Bye๐ŸŒ‘๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ˜

  1. Mฤlล e lelei Pao,

Thank you for doing week one, day two, activity two! I thought your poem was really well thought through and I like how you have made it rhyme, that is very clever!

I’m sure Neil Armstrong would’ve felt all of those things when he first set foot on the moon. If you had the chance to go to the moon, would you go?

Ka pai for making a great post, keep up the awesome mahi!
    Eliza :)
