Kiwisports

Kiwisports

Hi Guys! Today I am going to talk about kiwisports! In the 22nd of october, We did kiwisports. Only 15 people were chosen to go to kiwisports. We went to Hillsbrough school to do kiwisports. The first activity that we did was the Hoopla. Hoopla is just like tag but the people that the tagers, had to stand inside a circle, and they had to tag a person that is not in our group. Our school, had to try to not get tagged by the other school.

The second activity was Rob The Nest. On Rob The Nest...we have to try and get as much balls as we can. The team with the most balls, is the winner! The third activity was Cricket. This was my favorite one! What we had to do in Cricket is to try to bat the ball in one shot. I got four tries but thats ok! When we bat the ball, we have to go as fast as we can to the line were we got started and pass the bat to the person next to you as fast as you can to get a point. The fourth game was the Scatter Ball.

What we had to do is to throw three balls as far as we/you can. When we/you throw the three balls, we/you had to run to a hoola hoop and then run to the other hoola hoop to get points. The school that gets the most points wins! The fith game was T-ball. T-ball is similar to Cricket so Maybe you heard of T-ball before but I am going to explained how we play T-ball. What we had to do is to bat a ball, and then run to a little mat.

There were three little mats. When we completed all does three mats, then you get a point. As you know.. the school that has the most points, wins! Then we last activity was the TUG OF WAR! Waikowhai was racing Hillsborough school. We lost but Waikowhai tried their best. We came third in the schools that were the most collaborating with others. I am happy about that! My favorite part on Kiwi sport was the Tug of war!

Thank you for watching

Bye Bye Bye😊
